Be Happy! Personal Development Exercises

This document will be exhibiting you several personal development exercises that might help relieve your stress levels, cause you to feel relaxed, forget about all your problems and enhance yourself to a much better person you would like to be. This could be really exciting! So enjoy!

Act 1: Create checklist!


This exercise is made to assist develop in every area of oneself that you need to enhance by developing wonderful practices concerning those actions. This is really easy, you just need to create a list of the things you would like to develop, for instance you would like to become:



- Organized
- Healthy
- Romantic
- Helpful

Create as numerous items as you would like. Now at the end of every day, look at the list and write next to the things that you did which would match precisely what is on the list.

For example:

- Organized -arranged my textbooks and reviews
- Healthy - jogged for an hour
- Romantic - invited my partner for supper
- Helpful - helped an old lady cross the street

As a result of carrying this out every day, you'll obtain those stuff that come in your list like a practice, rendering it generally normal to do things that are on your checklist. Time will come that you won't require the checklist any more and you also don't have to think it over, it would simply just emerge from you conveniently.

Act 2: Shower in Positivity!

This is the most basic and also the most exhilarating activity. It's not hard, you need to simply soak yourself with all the positivity you can obtain, you may tune in to personal development audio tapes, learn inspiring books, viewing feel-good videos. This can be a truly an easy task, it extremely impacts your mental frame of mind, and exactly how you are feeling.

Act 3: Get fit and live healthy!


Becoming healthy and fit always cause you to feel much better about oneself; it also helps you in your quest for personal growth by providing you more vitality to handle virtually any task. Act 4: Be happy! Laugh!

Frowning doesn't make things better, but laughing does! You don't trust me? But seriously, studies have shown that when you laugh, your system generates chemicals known as endorphins commonly known as happy hormones which are substances that works like opiates, or provides you with feeling of well-being. Keep in mind that if we are in a good frame of mind, we are inclined to be productive.

Act 5: Attempt new things!

Perhaps people let you know that you're always secure that you just don't confront interesting things or challenges, they could be correct. So that you can develop oneself , you'll want to learn how to walk out of your comfort zone to further discover other weaknesses and strengths.

Act 6: Remain in the present!


As there's past, present and future, you should be in the present, and that is now. Don't let oneself be stuck in a past failure or experience. Also don't let oneself be preoccupied on things that is in your immediate future. Struggle on your present; keep in mind only by way of this will you will have a bright future. Your past will serve only as lessons to educate yourself by.

These activities have been proven to work if taken with seriousness and perseverance. So make this happen . Enjoy and also have all the fun on your pursuit of personal development!
